What Is Happening With The New Billing Date?
Due to a recent acquisition, we are aligning the billing dates for all customers to the 1st of every month, starting March 1, 2025.
What Do I Need To Do?
Nothing at all! To streamline the transition, there will be no billing in February 2025. Payments made in January will cover you until the new billing cycle begins on March 1 2025. If you have invoices due in February, these have been cancelled. You will now receive invoice renewal reminders 7 days prior to renewal and automated payment will be processed on the 1st of the month.
What Happens On March 1, 2025?
Our automated billing process will take place on the 1st of each month, just like it used to on your sign-up anniversary. This cycle will continue on the 1st of each month unless you choose to cancel your services.
Will The New Date Show In My Client Area?
Yes, your client area will reflect the updated next due date for your services as March 1 2025 (or 1st April 2025 if you've already paid for part of March). You can see this by going to your client home screen > Your Active Products/Services > Manage Dropdown > Manage > scroll down to billing overview.
This pro rata billing change simplifies the management of all products and services and helps you better manage your finances.
