You've registered a domain and the browser says it doesn't exist. Most of the time this is simply DNS catching up.
- Registered in the last 24 hours: a new domain can take a few hours — occasionally up to 48 — to become visible everywhere. Try on your phone with Wi-Fi off; if it loads there, the rest of the internet is on its way.
- Nameservers: in your client area go to Domains → My Domains and check the nameservers are
ns1.ukbox.hostandns2.ukbox.host. If you registered the domain elsewhere, set them there. - Hosting attached? a domain on its own doesn't show a website — it needs a hosting account with the domain added to it. If you ordered both together, we've done this for you.
Still nothing after 48 hours, or a registration that shows as Active in your client area but a WHOIS lookup says isn't registered? Open a ticket with the domain name. Very occasionally the registry doesn't complete on the first attempt and we push it through by hand — it takes minutes once we know.
