For a domain registered elsewhere that should load your UKBox-hosted website.
At your current registrar, look for Nameservers, DNS management or Change nameservers, replace whatever is listed with the two values below, and save.

Changes usually take effect within a few hours and always within 48 — your site and email keep working from the old settings until the change completes.
.uk domains (.co.uk, .uk, .org.uk and friends) don't use transfer codes. Nominet — the .uk registry — uses an IPS tag: a short label saying which company manages the domain.

1. Contact your current provider (or use their control panel) and request the IPS
tag change to the tag above — providers must action this promptly under
Nominet's rules.
2. Start the transfer from our

downtime. .uk transfers are free and don't change your renewal date.
Other domains (.com, .net and most others) transfer with an authorisation code (EPP code) instead: unlock the domain, switch off any domain privacy, request the code, then enter it on our transfer page.
