The plain-print bit: the monthly fee has a 12-month minimum — the only
UKBox product with one, because we build your site before most of it is paid for.
After 12 months it rolls monthly. The site itself is yours from day one:
if you ever leave, we hand over a complete export, no arguments, no ransom. Your first invoice includes a pro-rated amount so all billing falls on the 1st of the month, and your free domain renews at our standard rate from year two.

You know your business best, so you supply the raw material — we shape and
polish it (every page, on Business and above). Professional copywriting from
scratch can be quoted separately.
What exactly does the monthly cover?
UK hosting, SSL, WordPress and plugin updates, daily backups, security
monitoring, and your monthly content edits allowance. It is the running cost
of a healthy website, in one flat line.
What if I want to leave?
After the 12-month minimum you can cancel any time. The site is yours from day
one — we provide a full export and reasonable help moving it.
Can you redesign my existing site?
Yes — the same packages apply, and migration of your content is included.
Is the domain really free?
Yes — your first year on a .co.uk, .uk, .com or .net domain is included.
From year two it renews at our standard rate, and it's registered in your
name from day one.
