Changing the account holder or adding someone to the account Print

Adding a colleague (an accountant who needs invoices, a marketing person who raises website changes): client area → Account → User Management → Invite New User. You choose exactly what they can see and do — invoices only, support tickets only, or everything. They get their own login and password, so you never share yours.

Handing the account over (you're leaving, a treasurer changes, the business is sold): open a ticket from the current account's email address telling us who's taking over, with their name, email and phone. We'll update the account details and domain contacts, and can transfer ownership to a new login so the old one can be closed. Because this changes who controls the domain and email, we'll only action it from the existing account holder or with clear written authority.

Changing your own details — address, phone, the email we reach you on — is under Account → Your Profile. Keep the contact email current: it's where domain renewal reminders and registry verification emails go, and a missed one can take a domain offline.
