How to send us website changes so they are done quickly Print

  • 0

Content changes are included in your plan's monthly allowance, and we aim to complete them within 10 working days. What decides whether a change takes one round or three is how it arrives.

Send it as a ticket

Client area → Support → Open Ticket, department Website Changes Request. Tickets, not email or WhatsApp: a ticket is a checklist we work through and you can see the status.

What to include

  • The page address each change is on — paste the URL, not "the about page".
  • The exact new wording, pasted in or attached as a document. "Make it sound more professional" is a brief for copywriting, which is quoted separately; the words you want is a change.
  • Images attached at full size (at least 1200 pixels wide for anything that fills the page) and named so we know where each goes.
  • A deadline if there is one, up front. An event date buried in the third paragraph is easy to miss.

What isn't a content change

New pages, redesigns, new features or plugins, booking or e-commerce additions, and copywriting from scratch are quoted and agreed before any work starts — you'll always see the price first. Ask on the same ticket and we'll come back with a figure.

Batch small tweaks into one monthly ticket rather than sending them one at a time: the allowance doesn't roll over, and a single list gets done in a single pass.
