Logging in to webmail Print

Webmail lets you read and send from any browser, with nothing to install — and it's also the quickest way to prove a mailbox is working when a phone or Outlook is playing up.

  1. Go to https://yourdomain.co.uk:2096 (swap in your own domain), or https://yourdomain.co.uk/webmail.
  2. Username is the full email address, e.g. sales@yourdomain.co.uk. Password is the mailbox password.
  3. Choose Roundcube if you're asked which webmail to open — you can make it the default so you're not asked again.

"Invalid login" means the address or password is wrong for that mailbox — not that the mailbox is broken. Check for a stray space, then reset the password (see Changing or resetting an email password) and try again.

From webmail's Settings you can also set an out-of-office reply, change the password, add a signature and check how much of the mailbox is used. If webmail works but your device doesn't, the device settings are the problem — our Set up your email on iPhone, Android and Outlook guide has the exact values.
