If your site or email loads fine on your phone with Wi-Fi off but not from your office or home connection, the server firewall has blocked your connection's IP address. It isn't personal — it's automatic, and it's protecting your account.
Why it happens: the firewall blocks an address after repeated failed logins. The usual causes are a phone or laptop still trying an old email password every few minutes, or repeated wrong passwords on /wp-admin — and because everyone in the building shares one public IP, one device can block the whole office.
To get unblocked: open a ticket (from your phone on mobile data if you have to) and include your public IP address — search "what is my IP" on the blocked connection and paste the number. We'll remove the block and add the address to the whitelist so it doesn't recur. This is usually done within minutes.
To stop it recurring: find the device with the old password and fix or remove the account on it; use a password manager rather than guessing at WordPress logins; and if you're on a static office IP, tell us and we'll whitelist it permanently.
