Every invoice shows our VAT number and is available as a PDF from Billing → My Invoices in your client area, so there's nothing to request for routine bookkeeping.
Bank details for BACS payments are sent on request, on company letterhead, via a Billing ticket — we don't publish them here, for the same reason you shouldn't trust bank details that arrive in an unexpected email. If your finance procedure requires verbal verification, say so on the ticket and we'll arrange a call to confirm them.
Purchase orders: tell us the PO number and we'll add it to the invoice, and we can issue a pro forma in advance if you need one to raise the PO.
