Everything you need is in three places. Bookmark them and you'll rarely need anything else.
- Your client area — portal.ukbox.co.uk. Invoices, domains, your services, support tickets and your saved card all live here. Log in with the email address you ordered with.
- cPanel — the control panel for your hosting: files, email accounts, DNS, databases, backups. Open it from the client area (Services → My Services → your hosting → Login to cPanel), or go straight to
https://yourdomain.co.uk:2083with the cPanel username and password from your welcome email. - Webmail —
https://yourdomain.co.uk:2096. Read and send email from any browser using a mailbox's full address and its password.
Your welcome email carries the cPanel login, our nameservers (ns1.ukbox.host and ns2.ukbox.host) and the mail settings for your devices. Keep it — nearly every "how do I…" starts there.
On a website design plan? You'll rarely need cPanel at all: tell us what you want changed and we do it. Guides for that are under Website design plans.
Can't find the welcome email or a login doesn't work? Open a ticket from the client area and we'll re-send or reset it — please don't guess passwords repeatedly, as too many failed attempts get an address blocked by the server firewall.
